Watching our cats go about their busy lives brings smiles and giggles to any cat-owner, and none more-so than when they’re up to no good, and they think that no one can see them. Fountain Creative services
For smaller projects and artwork needs, our day rate is £400.
Depending on your needs we can also charge for a minimum of half a day at £200, or £50 p/hour.
Even at a small scale, you get Fountain Creative’s unique skill set and our professional work ethic.
A day’s project can begin with a video call to ensure that we understand your needs and goals.
Smaller projects would typically be bespoke illustrations or brochures and marketing materials.
Picture book design or chapter book design starts from £1,200.
Our specialist design knowledge which includes primary education design, magazine design and trade book design, ensures that you will get a beautifully designed, professional book that will sit proudly on any book shelf.
We will take your book from ms and artwork to completion, and supply you with all output files required.
You will be offered a video call to kickstart the project, which will enable us to greater align ourselves with your project vision.
For us to design and illustrate your book the price starts from £3,600 for a 24 page picture book.
Our unique experience means that we can design and illustrate your book using all the necessary steps of both disciplines, but all done by one person. Your book’s text and images will work seamlessly together, and be designed side-by-side, but without the go-between of different emails and contacts.
Sarah’s experience designing for children will ensure inclusivity and accessibility, as well as a trade-standard book, which alongside her whimsical and emotional illustrations will create a beautiful book that will be loved by grown-ups and children alike.

our world
At Fountain Creative we are passionate about the world around us, and take our inspiration from many things. When we’re not working or parenting, or doing up our house, we have our own unique take on things, that inform our creative identity.
For Sarah, animals and nature form the core of her interests and feature throughout almost all her personal work. She loves observing animals and trees, injecting a touch of whimsy and bold hits of colour to her work.
Noel’s key interests lie in photography and creating electronic music, where he loves to record sounds from everyday life, before turning them into samples, which are layered and built up to create music.
